Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because most Sweet Tee Custom Creations products are handmade, personalized, or made to order, all custom and personalized sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. Customers should carefully review all names, dates, wording, colors, sizes, addresses, and other requested details before submitting the order.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only when:

• The wrong item was created or shipped due to an error by Sweet Tee Custom Creations

• The item arrives damaged

• The finished item contains an error that does not match the customer’s submitted or approved information

To report a problem, contact Sweet Tee Custom Creations within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Normal variations in handmade products, minor color differences, natural coir texture, screen-color differences, or damage caused by weather exposure, improper care, or normal use are not considered defects.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Non-personalized items may be eligible for return only when approved in advance and returned unused and in original condition. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the problem was caused by Sweet Tee Custom Creations.
