Shipping Policy

Sweet Tee Custom Creations currently ships within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Most orders are handmade and require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Larger, highly personalized, or special-order items may require additional time. You will be contacted if your order needs a longer processing period.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside the control of Sweet Tee Custom Creations.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Sweet Tee Custom Creations is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact Sweet Tee Custom Creations within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the packaging and item so the issue can be reviewed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Wake Forest/Raleigh, North Carolina area. You will be contacted when your order is ready to arrange a pickup time and location. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete.
